To obtain the best rates from us, book your foreign currency a minimum of 2 hours in advance via WhatsApp, phone or in person at our Qurex office (find contact details here).

If you find that our quoted rates are higher than another currency exchange provider on the same day you made your foreign currency purchase, we promise to match the better rate you saw. In order to call on our Low Rate Promise we ask you to provide us with:

1.  A photo or screenshot of the exchange rate for foreign currency you purchased as published on the same date by the alternative currency provider; and

2.  The currency provider’s name and outlet / branch address or website URL.

You may also provide us with this information ahead of your currency purchase with Qurex. We will match the better rates you saw published elsewhere on the same day.

If you had previously purchased foreign currency from us at a higher rate than that published on the same date by a competing currency provider, we will refund you the difference once we are provided with the information required.

Terms and Conditions

​

1. Fair use policy applies - our Low Rate Promise is restricted to business or holiday-related travel money only and is not intended for speculative, investment or other purposes. Qurex reserves the right to refuse to match rates where we have reason to believe that the purpose of the currency purchase is not genuine and outside of the permitted purpose.
2. Qurex will only consider competing rates of licensed currency exchange or money service businesses within Klang Valley where the customer intends to purchase the foreign currency.
3. Applies to foreign currency purchases of up to a maximum of RM30,000 per person.
